About the Role

We are now looking for a Head of Data Science to lead the whole ML direction in terms of technology, organization, and ML Strategy.

You want to own Competera’s ML Strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders and top management.
Participate in regular company meetings as a speaker.
Decide on team expertise needs and be responsible for hiring.
Own mentorship and management strategy for Senior and Lead ML engineers.

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar position in the scale-up stage.
Strong leadership and mentorship experience.
Experience in the Retail industry.
Worked on tabular and/or Time Series problems.
Knowledge of MLOps principles.
Experience with Python stack for ML.
